Probably a collage like Yale or Harvard. Or if you don't wanna travel far and want to find someone who lives closer to your home, try a library, computer store, a book store, a coffee shop, etc...

If your looking for people in that bracket, you could go to a MENSA group. They have groups in many areas and hold activities that cater to such people.

Are you sure you want to? The smarter they are, the less of them there are. Also many of them are sort of misfits socially. What is your interest? I'm in my 130's by the way.
