the least amount of damage is a few cuts and scrapes... ive seen it happen. A four storyy fall is a little different but still the same. if the person was to fall on there leg so that the femur absorbed most of the blow then they would have a better chance of survival. fewer injuries speaking. the only problem with this is that if the femur snaps and breaks it could become an open wound, where the bone sticks out, or it could cut the femeral arterie and kill the person before any medical assistance could get to them. unless they fell of a hospital... bottom line: dont jump off any buildings.

if he's lucky he'll die outright. If he's not not then there is a whole laundry list of major orthopedic injuries to for him to deal with long term.
If lands on his feet he will shatter both of his heel bones,The heel bone is the one bone in the body that you never want to break. It doesn't really heal well and even after it does it almost always hurts to some degree.
The femurs should break w/ possible open fractures
There could be a compression of the spinal column and a tearing within the mediastinum.
Basically the first law of motion is being obeyed
The action is downward at 22+mph
The reaction is upward until all that energy has been disipated

If he lands on his feet and survives, he could get burst fractures of the calcaneus and could also be paralyzed when the shock waves from the impact travel up his vertebral column from his feet. If he doesn't get paralyzed, he is sure to have compression fractures of his spine most probably in the lower thoracic spine or lumbosacral spine.
