I know a "full" bathroom must have a toilet, sink, and shower/bathtub. And a "half" contains just a toilet and sink.

So what would a .1 bathroom or .25 bathroom be? Please list sources if you have them. Thanks.

Never heard of .1, but .25 is just a sink - no toilet.

.1??? .25 is just a sink I believe. But I never heard of .1, maybe it's something new for just a sink or just a toilet? This is weird ;)

It all depends on the company that builds the floor plans for your house each company have their own system of codes for their workers to figure out how to plant or install homes cabinets, toilets, bath tubs etc..... I'm a detail er in layout for Master Brands Inc. and i never heard or seen such as a 2.1or 2.25bathrooms. Like i say each company have their way of working with their own system.

I would assume a toilet next to the furnace! That is what 2 of my neighbors have. You have to wash your hands in the kitchen sink-YUCK!

just a sink or just a toilet usually just a sink and a mirror and this room is usually located in a utility room or near a formal dinning room and used for washing your hands or "freshining up"

I have no clue...why can't they just write out what they mean...maybe it's a way to get you to call them to find out and this can lead to making an appointement to visite the place.
