My personal favorite is Arlington Road - Jeff Bridges, Tim Robbins, Joan Cusack...
Very good film, great ending.
Others include Memento (you may want to see it twice though), The Score (DeNiro and Edward Norton), Primal Fear (Norton), All three Saw films, Fight Club (Pitt and Norton), Seven (Pitt) and Usual Suspects is a classic, but I found it a little boring at times.
In case you couldn't tell I like Norton quite a bit. His best movie though was American History X, but it can be a bit offensive (if you have tough skin you will enjoy it, but it is not really a psychological thriller)
