This seem like a stupid question but I beat all of kingdom hearts but I had to restart at ansam part 1 because when it said the end I did not know how to continone and my little brother said they expect you to do a brand new game nothing happens afer you beat the game that is what he said now I need you to tell me what to do when it says the end.

No such thing exists to my knowledge. If you played through on expert, there was a preview movie for Kingdom Hearts 2 that played once you beat it. There was a similar thing at the end of Kingdom Hearts 2 for the next game. At any rate, you can find them online fairly easily, especially now that Youtube is around.

Once you hit "The End" screen its all done, If you beat the game on expert mode or normal with getting all the winne the pooh stuff done and you beat all the colleseum cups and fights you get to see a sneak peek at the 2nd kingdom Hearts (not that good since the 2nd one is out.........)

Nothing happens.If you get the all the 101 Dalmatians and do the hades cup and win then before it goes to the end screen it should give you a sneak peek to the next kingdom hearts.

Basically, you go to a status screen where it shows all of your endgame statistics or something like that. You have to restart the system and start the game from where you last saved if you want to do any endgame leveling.

just let it play through there is nothing after you beat it and if you start to play again then you start at the last ansem
