OK so I haven't gone to bed yet!
For those of you who may need more information before being able to answer this question, I mean - read some of the book I'm reading at the moment or put a tape in the video player and watch the TV screen lol !

Books have more detail and description...I vote for book...You can really get into a book aswell, by reading every page, word, thoroughly. You want to know what's going to be on the next page every time you start to turn it.
Soooooooo read a book.

Read a book, it will help you settle down. Watching a video stimulates the brain too much and will keep you awake longer.

Try a bit of both. Have the video in the background as you scan your book and think up naughty shenannigans you can get up to with your lover when he returns to you. You too can multi-task!

Well if you're so tired, maybe you should just go to bed. Me personally, i would watch a video. It's a fast way to fall asleep.

An ENTIRE book? Yes, that would keep you up quite late. Unless it was a ladybird book of course.
