Hon, you can't make a guy love you no matter what you wear. You can stand on your head and do cartwheels, but that ain't gonna help. Clothes and makeup usually only inspire lust--not love. Make yourself up for YOU. Put on light makeup; don't cake it on. Keep your clothes trendy but not over the line. Fix your hair to be easy to manage but flattering to your face type and shape.

Love is a very strong word. Sure, looks will attract a guy, but it won't make him love you.
If you want to get a guy's attention, flirt (don't be floozy and easy though. Don't go out with just any guy. Get to know him first.) When I liked my boyfriend, I would dress up in cute clothes and do my makeup perfect for him, and when he asked me out, I found out he liked me WAAYY before I started dolling myself up! Just be natural, but making yourself look all cute doesn't hurt. :)

I'm not going to advise you on hair and clothes since I have no idea what will suit you! But here are some general tips. It's true that no makeup or clothing will cause a guy to love you. However, makeup helps provide what I call "bait for the trap". Men are very visually based, so creating a pleasing visual image will help get you to the second date, and so on.
To go back to our caveman days, which men have never really left when it comes to what pleases them visually, men back then were looking for a woman who appeared young and healthy and fertile. When men say they like very little makeup, what they mean is that they like it to look natural. So wear as much as you want to feel confident, but go for the healthy, clean-living look instead of the one-night-stand look.
I don't know your colours, so these can only be very general suggestions, but I would suggest wearing brown-black mascara instead of black-black, and soft eyeshadow colours like browns (very neutral) with maybe a bit of colour in your eyeliner to bring out the colour in your eyes. Line only the top of your eyes, too.
Match your foundation as closely as possible to your skin tone. Powder if you are prone to shine...again, try to match as best you can.
Blush should be soft, either pink or apricot, that sort of thing. No racing stripes; just get the apples of your cheeks (do a big fake grin to find your "apples").
Use either softly coloured lipstick or sheer lip gloss (there can be a tint in the gloss, but keep it sheer). Men do not really want to kiss a vampire mouth...and if they do, it makes a heck of a mess on his face, all smeared around! Go for something subtle.
No tips on hair, but for clothes, keep in mind that you want to wear the right kind of clothes. Jeans are great in class but lousy in a fancy restaurant. Don't go *screamingly* tight (looks cheap), but a bit of cleavage never goes out of style for men, and almost any woman can achieve a nice cleavage. Visit somewhere like La Senza if you need help. Again, you want to look healthy, not like you just crawled out of a nightclub. Unless, of course, you ARE going to a nightclub, in which case see what local trends in club clothes work for you. Fashion should always serve you, never master you!
I hope this helps. Learn what makes you look fabulous and the guys will come running on their own, trust me. And try to look confident...that's sexy and appealing too, according to surveys of what men like in women. So if this guy doesn't want to kiss you...next!

Do you want him to LOVE you? Or SLEEP WITH you?
For someone to love you...they should love you for you, not what you wear or what make up you have on, etc. That's all cosmetic details that can be changed at any time. Love has to do with the permanent things about you.
If you are just trying to get someone to sleep with you, show him what he wants to see...more skin.

um, keep makeup simple, curl or straighten hair and wear headbands or clips, so your hair is not boring (jk). Wear whatever you feel comfortable in, t-shirts, skirts, jeans, sweatshirts, these are the basics. also invest in some cute belts and shoes.

a little bit of make up something sexy thats not showing everything you got leav stuff to the imagination and let your hair down with a bit if curls and side sweept bangs.
