Is the power outlet the same as a cigarette power plug on a 2005 Camry?

On a 2005 Camry, there are two power outlets. Are those the same as a cigarette power plug? Because I got a cellphone charger and it won't fit into the power outlets. If not, are there converters?

They are interchangeable and should fit. Are you sure you're using an auto cell phone charger? It should have a roundish plug with no prongs on it; the other charger with the prongs like a regular house-hold power plug is for household use only.

did you try the cigarette plug? thats where i have mine.
