Only when I play dress up at home.....does that count? Ya know.....when I dress like a schoolgirl?

Yes. I went to a high school attached to a monastery and when you got caught for something punishable you got a choice of "swats" or work hours. Depending on who was giving the swats you might choose a couple of seconds of pain over several hours of manual labor. Swats were normally administered on the front steps of the dorm for all to see.

One night when I was a freshman some of my classmates ran a midnight raid on the senior dorm complete with fireworks. When they ran back into the dorm the priest in charge caught them and they were all to get swats. My roommate managed to get in the dorm through a different entrance and got back to the room. He then stripped to his skivvies and walked out the door rubbing his eyes as if he was asleep and asking what was going on. The priest saw right through it and said he knew that he was in on the raid. He then told all of the raiders that since my roommate was in his underwear that they were all going to get their swats in their underwear. You could say they were all a bit angry with my roommate after that.
