No, it is considered genocide. Oppression is when you keep a group of people under your control, like slavery or keeping them from advancing in life. Genocide is when you systematically kill as many members of an ethnic group as you can.

No, it's considered genocide. The Arabs are trying to wipe out all the native black Africans in the region. This is Genocide. No question.
