If you are looking for the episodes dubbed in English, visit:
http://www.american-naruto.com

There you can use a torrent to download any English Naruto episode as an AVI file. You can play AVI in almost any video player: including Windows Media Player.

The most obvious choice for this is to find a torrent, or you can pay some site for the ability to download direct, but downloading entire episodes of stuff is a major bandwidth suck, nobody in their right mind would allow it for free. Have fun with that 15kbp/s torrent speed.
