Hi,
A lot of players have this problem. This is a fix until Yahoo! gets the kinks ironed out of the new format. The first thing you do when you enter lounge is check play small window in option box at the bottom left of lobby page. Once you sit, you can expand the room to see the chat area. You only see the top half of the cards but there are no ads!!! How about that?

do you have a pop up blocker? If so, hold down the Control button ( looks like Ctrl ) right next to the shift key when you choose the table.

click "tools" top of you browser a little pull down menu will appear ......
.click pop up blocker............ best advice is to turn it off..(ENABLE POPUPS)...of course some will say it is a mistake to turn it off but you can decide this for yourself once you know where it is, nothing bad or evil will happen if you decide to turn it off, so it is not a mistake, it is just a choice you make......... pop ups are very easy to just click off if they appear....once in the lounge........click "options" bottom left of the lounge and choose the small tables/windows option
Make sure you are not running multiple task bars that have their own pop up blocker.

Your pop up blocker is probably on. Hold down CTRL when you click join or start, that should work.

delete youyou cookies. or use windoiws washer .it removes all non everlasting intetnet information..then attempt agiain.., additionally see in case you have flash put in, or shockwave, or java...wish that helped
