My right eye looks different. Its very slight. I have a very slight double eyelid. When i open my eyes wide, the eyelid will disappear under because the top of my eye droops over it a little bit, or my top eyelid is too fat? So i might have ptosis? Sometimes my right eyelid feels heavy.

this is when its opened wider- the upper eyelid seems to droop or fold over the other eyelid

I agree-those pictures look normal. You should have shown both your eyes for comparison. If your eyelid really droops, then the correct term is ptosis.

There doesn't seem to be anything wrong with it from what I can see.
