if you keep having a recurring realistic dream?

if the dream is relistic in every way and a dangerous situation just breaks out and you are running for your life? do you ignore it or pay close attention to it incase it plays out in real life?

I've had loads of dreams like that. I don't think it's a warning for something that may occur in real life, I think it says something about the way I'm feeling about life in general.
