People whose skin is exposed to extreme cold are more succeptible to frostbite than people who live in the tropics.

No..black people can tolerate UV rays better than white people but when it comes to frostbite color doesnt make a difference. When your body parts reaches a certain temperature you can get frostbite....frostbite knows no color !
