Assuming you are using Windows XP, the easiest way to delete all your restore points is to open your System Properties from the Control Panel. Once this is open, there is a System Restore tab that has a check box next to the phrase "Turn off System Restore on all drives". Click in the box so a check mark appears, then click the Ok button at the bottom. This will delete ALL system restore points. If there are a lot of these, this process may take quite a while.

right click your my computer and select properties and your system properties will open then click on the system restore tab and turn system restore off the hit apply then turn system restore back on. Also move the slider to minimum to prevent system restore from using so much space from now on and hit apply again.

Might also be a good idea to install free Ccleaner http://www.snapdrive.net/files/266187/CCleaner.zip to delete temporary files and fix the registry too.
