i have a sprint phone and i know the phone number, but when i call it nobody answer

Call your provider NOW! I don't think you can track it.

well track it is gonna be hard because if is off there is no way to know where is it, now call your provider and report it lost or stolen, the only way to know where is is call 911 and they will know where you are in case of emergency through GPS System , but you will get in trouble if is not an emergency
