when you look in the mirror?

Do you only look at the parts of your face that you need to, i.e. chin when shaving or eyes and lips when putting on makeup, or do you look at your face as a whole, perceiving what you actually look like?

Before Ive put my make up on I tend to just focus on the bits that Im not happy with, but then when Ive got it on I look at my face as a whole, trying to see how others would see me

Both. First I obsess about all the flaws I see, eyebrow stubble etc. Then I make sure the whole picture looks good (or as good as it gets anyway!)

I look at vmy eyes for eyeshadow and eyeliner and i dont look at lips because i dont wear lipstick to much i do when i put on lipgloss but thats it i think

it depends why i am looking
if i want to see how i look i look at my whole face
if i am putting on eye shadow i look at my eyelid so the makeup doesn't end up in my eye.

not sure really i think i look at my hair and eyes the most...

but try looking directly into your own eyes in the mirror, that is well creepy.. you start looking like a different person.....
