When our second baby arrives in July, our little girl will almost be 2 years old. We need a double stroller, but we are so confused about what to get.

We would like something that will hold a Peg Perego infant car seat. We would also like something suitable and comfortable enough for long (3-5 mile) walks around our neighborhood. The Joovy Caboose looks awesome, but the back seat may not be the most comfy for the 2-year old for extended walks. Also, our neighborhood has hills so we need something easy to maneuver on hills. We don't go shopping a lot, but when we do we would like something that's fairly easy to maneuver. Any suggestions from experienced parents would be greatly appreciated!

I had great luck with the peg perego tandum strollers...was glad they made a three seater!! Was durable, a bit bulky for trips to the mall..but oh so easy on the back, comfy for the kids, and for size was easy to maunver around hills, isles, and the zoo. https://www.travelingtikes.com/cgi-local/SoftCart.exe/online-store/scstore/?E+scstore.

My daughter prefers the JANE powertwin stroller as it has 3 wheels, and two seats, she said is much easier than she remembers our peg to be!
Traveling Tikes has both models to look at..

The Joovy Caboose is nice and will take the infant car seat. The Baby Trend Sit and Stand will also take the Peg infant seat and I think the little seat in the back is padded. I think the Joovy turns a bit better, but there are people that love the Sit and Stand. Avoid the Jeep double at all costs. It will hold your infant seat, but it takes two people to turn the thing. The only other one that will work with your seat is the Peg Perego Tender, but it is pricey at around $450 and it doesn't turn much better than the cheaper ones. I have always loved my Duoglider and thought it turned well, but it will not hold your infant seat.
The other thing to consider is that your new one may not be in the infant seat for more than a few months, as the Peg infant seats are outgrown quickly. If the infant seat is not a huge priority there are tons of grat strollers out there. Peg Perego makes the Aria twin. I know that people love the Phil and Teds E3. There are so many options out there. Just look beyond Babies R Us. You can get a great deal on one online and you can test the higher end strollers at smaller specialty baby stores, like Baby News.

I quite have 2 boys and mandatory a double for the comparable reason - occasional use for toddler and toddler. i've got discovered the Maclaren twin stable. It reclines flat for a new child, it folds surely and is particularly narrow. i'm able to additionally get it with the aid of maximum shop doors. undecided how huge the Fiat Punto is, even in spite of the shown fact that it is going to in basic terms fit in the seat area of our VW Polo, no longer the boot. If it is in basic terms for infrequent/holiday use i might strongly propose you hunt on eBay - i discovered an particularly stable one there for a fragment of the retail fee and am very pleased with it.

Just don't get the Graco Duo Glider tandem stroller. It's next to impossible to steer.
