Do you only look at the parts of your face that you need to, i.e. chin when shaving or eyes and lips when putting on makeup, or do you look at your face as a whole, perceiving what you actually look like?

Most of us look only at the part of us we like, so if we like the whole face we look at that, if we like our eyes then we look at the eyes, etc. Same thing with our bodies. Most people tend to not look at the body as a whole because they do not see what they like and that is being overweight. Its too bad we can't be happy with who we are inside and accept ourselves for the way we are no matter what our physical appearance is like.
