Hopefully I would have lived a long life.

Death is the only thing we don't know in actuality when it will reach each and everyone of us. I don't care what my last thoughts are before I die. Death is vile, for death is the grief of reality. I don't want to die but I have to eventually. Death is death because the devil is the means behind it which is my belief, but beliefs are so conflicting when beliefs are brought against one another by different people. We are all going to a place, and that place is where many of us try to avoid as long as we can, and that place is called the ultimate street, and that place is the key ending point of this highway to hell we are on riding upon, till death do its part, and, till death do us all part and go our own way where none of us really know till we each go there. I wish you life.

I will have no regrets. I've had a very full life. Tried to help as many people as possible. Been a good Christian even though my church is my flower garden. My only regrets is my son marrying someone who didn't want kids. He's my only child. I'd love cuddling up with my son's child. There's a saying "There is nothing so painful as having a heart full of love & finding no takers". When my time comes, I'll reach out as far as I can to get to the other side.

"Damn what a ride"
As they say I don't want to reach my end and slip peacefully into the great beyond - I want to saunter in with a glass of Merlot in one hand and a smoke in the other, with not one thought of "what I should have done...."
I just finished reading all the posts.......Faith if you need to cuddle find a hospital or interim home in your area that takes babies who are born addicted or ill who are not yet ready for foster care. Rocking a baby who nobody else wants is a life full of joy in 15 minutes.

I want them to be peaceful thoughts. I'd like to think I've made a difference in my corner of the world and go out knowing my mission here in this life is complete.

good question! i hope that i'll be surrounded by the people i love and feel happy with my life. i would like my last thoughts to be about how great my marriage was, how happy my children are and how i feel like i put my mark on the world.

Sounds a bit silly. Live your life the way you know you ought, your mind will follow.
