I'm thinking that Peter & Sylar will fight to the death, and Peter will win. If he so much as TOUCHES Sylar, he will absorb all the powers that Sylar stole from the folks he killed.
And I think Clare still has a HUGE part to play in saving NYC from the bomb!

How the HELL am I going to make it for over a month yet, with no episodes?????

Claire has NOTHING to do with saving anyone from the bomb. BUT she must survive. Or at least not die by Sylar's hands. If she does, Sylar will become indestructible and all hope of saving the world from him will be lost.
The earliest time Future-Hiro was able to contact Peter and tell him to save Claire just happened to be in the middle of the impending bomb crisis.

If Peter becomes established as the series' main hero, I think Nathan and Isaac are destined to also become (his) villains. Nathan reluctantly; perhaps Linderman pulls some strings as he seems likely to do...But Isaac (assuming the unlikely chance he survives for much longer...) will definitely have a personal vendetta against Petey, due to their tragic love triangle with Simone, of course.

The Hiro Nakamura we love will not become the Matrix-esque Hiro that Peter met in the subway...not as long as they can keep Claire away from Sylar, thus negating his native timeline.

Come to mention it, the Claire-Sylar thing really isn't over...I'm sure we'll be seeing more of that later.

I've got more, but that's enough for now.
