I cant make a mess or make things, so what should i do. Im stressed over retarted ppl in my school so i want to relax and have a home spa. Who can help me?

go 2 seventeen.com they have a TON of diy relaxation ideas or you can go 2 ur local grocerie store and most sell face masks in a bag for cheap.
