My PC only has 4 USB Ports at the rear of the stack, all of which are currently in use for one thing or another,

I want to add another device to the system however i have no free USB Port in which to plug it in.

Can u get any form of "splitter" that would allow me to have more USB Ports available?

And if not, what are the alternatives?

Only problem is this that whether you want USB 2 or not. But every thing hardly matters, Buy USB hub supporting USB 2. How many ports you will have to decide depending on your need and the amount you can spare for it rather I should say the investment you want to do.

You can get a USB hub. They normally have about 4-8 extra ports on them. Should only cost you about 25 bucks. Can get almost anywhere.
