I've been trying to start a biz since 1999. I may have $$$ finally to kick off a small scale venture by summer or Sept the latest.

Thing is, I live in a very noisy/ghetto area, congested/crowded, very noisy neighbor above me (I hear him & his GF having LOUD SEX, stomping alot, loud music, etc.) I don't sleep in my bedroom because of their noise. The guy next door is sickly, coughs/hocks constantly, it is loud & disturbing. I do not feel comfortable when the weather gets warm (drug trafficking) & the noise level increases 10 times at all hours when the weather gets warm/hot, EVERYBODY comes out - grills/cookouts in front of the buldings, babies crying, more loud music & car stereo, I can't stand it. I was thinking of moving NOW. But that would cut into the $$$ I will have to start my biz soon. I will have to put it off starting my biz til the end of this year. Should I move NOW or stick it out & move towards the end of the year instead, AFTER I kick off my first biz venture?

Are you wanting to move because you want to start a business from your home or what?

You can always lease commercial real estate in another part of town so now you don't have to move!

But if it's just for your piece of mind -- I would say if the cost of moving is hindering you starting a business than you probably don't have enough money saved away anyway.

Move now, get back into your system and save a little more money. Then when you're more settled without all the distractions go ahead and start your business.

Depending on the location and size of the office space though you can get a lease for pretty cheap, which is doubly cool since you can count it as a tax deduction for your business =)

No, you won't be able to. For a investor visa you want to make investments a minimum of $50 000 for a corporation, and that is borderline. examine up on E2 visas, that should be the in person-friendly words selection, yet i don't believe of you should qualify for one. operating a images corporation is likewise fairly hard to do. in case you won't be able to start up a valuable images corporation at living house in the united kingdom you won't be able to start up one up everywhere else. So i'd fantastically advise you prepare with out the strain of attending to maintain the visa. For at living house you are able to take the different pastime if issues do not workout recurring or do not workout recurring as quickly as you want to. in the U. S. you should no longer take different jobs if the images corporation doesn't take off or is sluggish. All you should do is flow again living house. So start up your corporation in the united kingdom and once you've a valuable corporation there see even if you are able to flow.

Why not lease a building for your business that has an upstairs apartment? This could save you a lot of money and sleepless noisy nights...

There is no guarantee your biz is going to work. What happens if you move, and then the biz goes down the drain?

For what it's worth, my opinion is wait to move.

1999? ...You should move, and stop blaming your environment for your own inability to make proper & immediate decisions for yourself. If you need to complain about Mr. Ton of Fun upstairs, do so to someone that might help you -- and leave anyways.
