$ for $ the neon is way better..
i only drive street rods and muscle cars..
so all three sound lame to me

The Acura is the most balanced of the three. It's not the fastest, but it does everything very well & is stone-reliable. The Suby is a fun car but it gets mediocre gas mileage and is noisy and has poor emission ratings. The Neon RT4 is super-fast but otherwise is a crude piece of crap. Chrylser stopped making them partly because they were terrible in crash tests.
