Think about all the guys that look at you every time you take a bite. Every bite you take eliminates 100 from looking at you. And so on and so on. Women like to be looked at like they are special.(Their not) but they like to think they are. After a few hundred bites the only guys that might thing you HOT are the bums at the freeway off ramp that are asking for change. This rule is however superseded if you go to a bar around last call. There is always someone there that would take home even the fattest pig on the planet.

I know the feeling. I had a baby 16 months ago. I find I graze all day and my face is constantly in the sweet cupboard! Cut out bread, potatoes, chocolate and crisps if you eat any of them and fill up on yogurts and crackers. I did this for a month and lost half a stone. But don't forget it took 9 months for you to put the baby weight on so take your time getting it off again. Try walking too, you and baby will both love the fresh air. Best of luck x

work out and watch what you eat. It makes a difference. Try to stay between 1400 and 1600 cal a day and you will lose the weight.
Check out the site I listed. It is awesome and will help you every step of the way. No diet pills or lame things like don't eat bread. It is real life and so helpful. I can lost 3 pounds a week if I stick to it.

you've got the baby blues... there are a lot of us who have been right were you are asking ourselves the same questions... go talk to your gyno, tell them how you are feeling,( which may seem OK to you,) tell them about your eating habits and I'm sure they will be able to help you... it's not that bad if you take care of it now, but if you just keep waiting for it to get better, then it may just get worse..you don't want to take that chance.... good luck and i hope this helped a little.

It may be a side effect of the pill. Consult your GP and change that for a start.
