close all doors except the bonnet, push bonnet alarm button on slam panel(found near radiator between headlights) do this really quickly more than 10 times. the horn should beep once, then open and close each door in turn including boot the horn should beep after each open, finally close bonnet. lock then unlock car using manual key. that has reset your alarm.

maybe the sensors are extra sensitive. my mums 1994 ford fiesta used to have the same problem sold it and neva found a solution. she got another ford this time a 2005 focus it doesnt have any sesory problems maybe u should go bak 2 ford n see if they got a solution 4 it
also u may get the alarm goin off when u park on a hump and another car passes ova the hump at high speeds

You need to find the motion sensor for the alarm system. Most of them have a sensitivity adjustment.

Close the air vents & put it on the air recycling setting. These are the most common causes of false alarms.
