Never. And I love seeing when people don't fully read the question and answer really thoughtfully but just way off topic.

if its to long of a question for someone then its most likely they cant answer irt anyway

No but ive mis-read a question then after submitting my answer and reading question again ive seen my mistake and felt a right ****.

yes omg that happens to me all the time its such a bad habit. once i read a q. and i thought i understood it and gave a very good answer. then when i submit it and read the whole q. it had nothing to do with my answer. i ended up rewriting my q. ugh. that happened so many times

No, I really read them all the way through...I may forget a part of it when I go to answer...but, I always try to double check.
