I bought a windows Vista, I downloaded some stuff and then uninstalled them. How do I go in and defrag them from my Laptop completley?

go into help and support and in the search box type disk defragmenter

Defrag does not remove programs /files. Just tidies them up so that your computer can access them easier.

click start all programs accessories system tools disk defrag
then click on the defrag tab
