You have to be 18 to serve alcohol, but some places will hire you at 16 for serving and another server/bartender can bring drinks if necessary. Your best bet is to go to the restaurant in person, fill out an application, and speak directly to the manager. You can ask about their particular policies then. If you can't be bothered to take the time to do this, how will you find the time to work?
