I mean, there's barely any damage. I just wasn't looking while I was backing up. Their car is OK. The claim against our insurance isn't worth it.

Why shouldn't you tell? Imagine she finds out through someone else. She may be very hurt with you because you didn't trust her reaction. Tell her.
