the air is stronger depending on the heat. thats why some air pressure is lower than others.

Coriolis force, which arises from the earth's rotation. Pressure is lower over the tropics for two reasons: the heated air rises, and the centrifugal force from the earth's rotation works against the force of gravity there (which is slightly less at the equator because of the shape of the earth).

One thing that will help ,neither a low or high pressure will cross the equator.
