Emperor Palpatine.
The entire death star is made from a combination of lead and kryptonite, rendering Superman useless and defenseless against the Sith Lord.

Emperor Palpatine squeaks this one out. You know why?
Not because he is more powerful then Supes, because he's not. But he has an entire army of Stormtroopers, Droids, and Starships. And Palpatine has no problems throwing everything at Superman. He is as ruthless in his tactics as Darksied (or possibly more so). The Sith Lord does not care how many die as long as his will is done.
Besides... you mess with the Emperor, he brings the wrath of the entire Empire down upon you! And even superman gets fatigued.

The Emperor from Star Wars.
Superman is a dude to come to the rescue on Earth, not in Outer Space, otherwise he would have stayed from whence he came.
I think even Jar Jar Binks could outwit Superman, yeeeesss, unfortunately.
I love ya Superman, you're mighty cute and shag-able, but the Emperor wins here (and I wouldn't want to shag him).

Superman is vulnerable to magic attacks.
the Force is viewed as a form of voodoo to some. Thus, when a Sith Lord unleashes the lightning, supes is vulnerable.

Superman by flying till the emprorer was sleeping or tired then he can attack him and superman always wins in the end against evil it's generic conventions of media

the emperor, I am fairly certan that the force could overcome supermans powers, and the emperor has unlimited recorces so I am shure he could find some kryptomite.
