If you are old enough to go to a country bar, they often have line dance lessons on certain nights of the week. You could learn that way! Check and see if there are any in your area.
Or you could just search to see if there is any video online of someone doing it and copy it.

like off da song 2 step(which is my favorite) my brova said its like how ciara did the 2 step(in 1 2 step) just witha lil more bonce in it . u know how the southerners do it.i like pop lock and drop it but i cant do that dance for nuffin
