I mean education is so very very boring and it sucks. And during the sword days the life was exciting. We did not have that many overweight slobs, now we have fat guys that are so lazy they need a drive through instead of going into the restaurant. We would have more muscular people if these were the days like the 1400's and the 1500s.
I do not care if there are dumb people out there who think these should be the days of education and if it should be days of education then everyone has to walk around and discover stuff or walk around and actually get some exercise instead of getting fat sitting in desks and us having overweight kids in this country.

We need to do something with the way we teach kids.

The pen is mightier than the sword. Whilst I agree with you that education sucks, I must qualify that by saying it's the stuff that the school system teaches, rather than education itself. You make a good point when you say that people should walk around and discover stuff for themselves. This kind of education is useful because it's real. Of course the trouble is that most young kids, or at least in my experience, aren't all that curious about the bigger picture. That is what schools are supposed to do. Stimulate their curiosity. True education doesn't begin until you leave school. That's how I see it, anyway.

education is the best sword. One never knows it until you are old enough to appreciate it - dare I say mature enough to appreciate it???
