So many fun options for drinks on St. Paddy's day! I have a friend whose parents own an Irish pub and another friend who manages an upscale Irish bar and here are some favorites:
Guiness (of course)
Bushmills or Jameson Irish Whiskey
Irish Car bombs
Irish Cream (and anything made with Irish Cream in it)
Hard Cider (like Strongbow) - yum beer like consistancy but sweeter, made with apples or pears ect
Also any drink can be made Irish with a little food coloring
Green Jello shots yum
Do some fun things for a party like having a baked potato bar (guests fix up their own), and play some fun Irish jig music!

This one is called a cement mixer; One shot of Baily's irish cream, one shot of orange juice. Just take the shot of orange juice and put it in your mouth,holding it there. Then take the shot of cream in too. Holding both in your mouth, have a friend grab ya by the ears and shake your head from side to side quickly!! the cream currdles because of the o.j.!! turns into a chunk of cement!!!! 6 of these and you won't remember st. patty's day!!!!!

Guinness, Murphys, Smithwicks, Harp, Baileys, Bushmills, Jameson...heck... even Killians is ok... just no green beer please!!!
