I'm a boxers man myself and on my women, boy shorts. A lot of women can't pull off a thong so I'd rather not see them try to.

Both! My glandular equipment in the dark needs care. For long walks and most public I go with a jock strap. Boxers all other occasions. If I dont get it right, I dont go home and change.
