If this is your first pregnancy then u will notice light flutters that feel like little butterflies or goldfish in your lower tummy around 18 weeks or so..some first time mothers dont notice these though until 20 weeks or later...If this is not your first pregnancy u will feel him/hr much sooner i would say around 16 weeks....The movements will first start out very subtle and light and they will gradually become more stronger as u get around 24 weeks.
If u dont feel your baby move by 20 weeks, dont worry, sometimes it just takes some women a little while longer then others depending on the womans body and the other factors...with my first i felt movements at 20 weeks...with my second i felt them at 16 and with this one i felt them at 12 weeks...Good luck!!

The reason that no one has the same information for you is that there is a wide range of normal. "Most" women feel fetal movement (quickening) at 18 weeks if it is their first baby (i.e. 18 weeks from your last menstrual period -- LMP). Some multiparas (those who have already carried a child to term) feel movement earlier, simply because they know what it feels like. The normal range is 16 to 20 weeks
Fetal movement feels like "little mice tumbling around in your lower abdomen" or "little flutters that stop just as they started" or "gas bubbles" or any number of different ways women can describe it.
If your doctor has a doppler, where they listen for the heartbeat and movement of the baby during your appointment, he or she could tell you when they hear fetal movement and then you could decide if you feel something at the same time. Generally, if women think they feel something, it is usually fetal movement.
One of the difficulties with normal times to feel first movement is that we don't all have 28 day cycles, even though certain pregnancy landmarks, including due dates, are calculated as if we all did.
Another bit of information from personal experience is that I tend to feel "early" movement when I'm lying quite reading a book, without the TV on and no distractions. This has ranged from 13 weeks to as late as 19 weeks with my now 6 pregnancies. I believe it's because I'm less "tuned out" and distracted and "more tuned in" to my own body.
I'm currently 15 weeks 3 days and have only felt fluttering once - and that was when I was getting an ultrasound this past Wednesday and the Dr was pushing and probing to get the images. As I saw the baby move I felt the flutter against where the Dr was. Nothing else before or since - but it will happen. Good luck and you'll know it when they become kicks to the ribs. :-)
Enjoy your pregnancy

It depends. Some people feel flutters in month 3 and some don't feel much at all the whole time. It depends on the placement of the placenta to some degree because if it's on top between your belly and baby inside, it makes it alot harder to feel anything til baby gets big enough to do some heavy squirming.

Some people feel it earlier than others, I don't recall feeling anything until later than most. A book have says around the fetal age of 14 weeks. I highly recommend this book: "Your Pregnancy, Week by Week", by Dr. Glade B. Curtis and Judith Schuler. Look it up, I couldn't survive my pregnancy without it.

Usually between 16 and 20 weeks. I believe the slimmer you are the earlier you will feel it though.
