I'd suggest a shadow in the same color. Use it over your eyes and apply a little around them. Then use a soft sparkly pink-peach shadow for the upper part of the eyelids. That would make your eyes seem bright and fresh.
A soft pink-peach or a coral lip-gloss would be fantastic.
Don't overdo it with the shadow, especially if the wedding is taking place in broad daylight.
Don't forget the mascara - black or brown. For a glamorous look, though, you could try a dark green one.
A flowery perfume (e.g. beyond paradise) and you'll be perfect!
Have fun!

I totally agree with the previous 2 answers....lip gloss or light colored lipstick (pinks, nudes), light green shadow or light application of a brown on lid closer to lash line, eyeliner if you normally wear it, mascara is a must. Since you have dark hair and eyes you can work that & the eyeliner no prob! Unless you normally wear heavy makeup &/or have a darker complexion, I would stay lighter on the application. Oh! don't forget blush...earth tone or in the pink family depending on your skin. Don't want to look washed out in pics. Have

Wouldn't recommend matching your dress and eyeshadow. Try a nice, neutral shade, and a little eyeliner. Keep it simple, and don't overdo your eye makeup. Natural is the way to go for weddings.

I say,
use this look w/ the dress.
natural eyeshadow,
kaki color eye liner,
green mascara,
a natural undertone blush that
blends perfectly w/ your skin,
and a bronzed peach lipstick
w/ a clear gloss over it.
That'll b your look.

a natural looking eyeshadow, some eyeliner around the edges and a natural looking lipgloss (not too much makeup or it will be TOO much in pics (my mistake in a wedding))
