Just wondering if my question even posted, I'm still waiting for some answers, I asked about having over 60,000 files and if iI needed all of them, no answers yet.

I think your question is "Do I need to scan all 60,000 of my files with a virus scan?"

If that's your question, then the short answer is "YES".

However, you can schedule a quick scan daily and do the complete scan once a week or during time when you're away. You can schedule this on most system.

most of those files you have are system files so don't delete them unless you want windows to crash only delete files you've created or downloaded never delete files in windows folder
