When I was in 4th grade, I got in a huge fight with my mom. I hopped on my bike and rode to my grandma's house, just up the road. She wasn't there, so I hid out behind her propane tank for a few hours, really hoping to stay there for a few days. Finally, my dad figured out where I was and brought me home.

I did at 14, I was gone for 2 weeks, but spend 4 months in a rehab facility after they caught me...Im not to proud....dont run away! Enjoy the food and cable while you got it......free!

Yes, when I was about 5 or 6. I got about 1/4 mile away. Then a neighbor called my Dad and told him where I was. He came and got me and gave me a good switchin'. I never did that again.

I was 12 and I took the train... I got halfway the country and then realised I had nowhere to go... so I took the train straight back. luck of an infant that no one wanted to see a ticket I didnt have... mom wasnt even home so no one missed me really... but it was the shock of a lifetime for me at that age...

i never ran away from home but when i was in the fourth grade i did manage to run away from school and managed to get lost trying to find my way home

yeah.i actually did ran away from home. i was 8years old then. i lived in an apartment near the city then. I still remembered very clearly that i was very angry with my mom as she scolded me for a simple mistake. hence, i ran out of the house feeling very disappointed and sad. i only had my teddy bear with me then. i think i walked 2 streets away from my apartment and my mom had already found me.

No, but my older sister did. Gone for 3 days. She was hiding out at a friends about a mile or 2 away. I went there, they said they hadn't seen her but, she was there all along!!

I ran away to my Grandmothers for a day lol. I think I was like 10.

lol, I did when I was about 13. Made it about two states away, when we got picked up by state troopers. Was back home by that evening. Never made that mistake again.

4 years old -- 6 blocks. Didn't sit down to eat dinner for a couple of days afterwards, either!
