You might try different variations of the same name. Like Elizabeth and Isablle or Isabella. Those would be my picks if I had twin girls.

Gabriella & Tabitha = Gabby & Tabby
Tamara & Samantha = Tammy & Sammy
Sara & Cara
Hanna & Lanna & Janna & Tanna (or any two)
Hailey & Bailey
Sadie & Kadie
Lianne & Brianne
Katricia & Patricia
Lillian & Millicent = Lilly & Milly
Holly, Molly, Polly, Lolly
Feel free to use any of these (lol) or make up some of your own...Just do a little research so the meanings of the names are complimentary, too. For Example: Brianne means: Strong, virtuous, honorable and Lianne means: Youth. Another example is: Hailey: living in a nook or valley and Bailey: Attentive.
So if you used these names, maybe the first one born would be named Brianne or Bailey because she would be the Strongest (you know like protective of her younger sister) or Attentive (again taking care of the younger one). And the second born would be Lianne (because she is younger and Lianne means youth) or Hailey (because she would live in a protected place like a nook because her sister would be taking care of her).
I hope this makes sense to you. You can look up the meaning of names at www.whattoexpect.com
Congratulations and have fun!

Know one could have a clue as to what type of names you would like. I suggest you buy a baby name book or look them up online? Try google and put in baby names. One day when your children ask you why you chose their names do you really want to say someone on the internet suggested it?

i personally dont like when twins names sound the same and they are dressed the same. It makes them the same and not individuals. try something like casey and molly. they end with the same letter, but are both very different.
