What job opportunities are there for a Social Welfare Major?

My girlfriend is majoring in Social Welfare, we don't know what jobs are out there with her major. She doesn't want to go for her masters to be a social worker.

Human resources is probably your best bet
counselor,probation officer,youth corrections
all these are hot jobs right now
