I need a butt, lol, and flat stomache. Can someone explain some stretches that will work really fast?

PILATES!!
ive using the Winsor sculpting dvd's for about 4 or 5 weeks now and i've lost inches fast!! I use the bun and thigh AND the abs dvds and they are great. and both are only 20 mins long
but you have to be faithful with them... it only take 2-3 times a week... I also run when i can and eat healthier now.

stretching will not burn fat and add muscle. However, if you want to harden those areas and make them more bathing suit appropriate, pilates is a very good way to do it. It is easy and quick. You can by 10 minute pilates dvds with a number of different exercises that will flatten those areas and harden them. Yoga will help stretch those areas out...

Stretches won't really get you there, and nothing will happen too fast. Really you just need to work out on a regular basis.

no longer real! maximum women with the so-referred to as "suited coastline bod" have pretend boobs, pretend tans, bleach blonde hair, and act like a collection of retards. i could opt to this factor a girl who actual knows third grade math, thank you.
