Fork on the road , is an expression that denotes a choice to be taken in life if one has the initiative to ask one self " What should I do " , this expression of " fork in the road " is accompanied with the saying " less traveled " , it implies that the road less traveled is the more difficult one and gives grater accomplishments , for the simple reason that if there are less people on it you will acquire grater benefits .

Example of a fork in the road. Just the other day a group of hawk flew toward the house they came from what appeared to be a straight flight path , and appeared to favor the right side from my point of view. but if i had been looking from the flight path they were taking, it would have been the left side they chose to take over the house. Not long after the hawk flew over, there came a flock of geese up the same flight path it appeared, and they flew in the left direction from where the hawk flew, or had i been out in the yard facing the house, the geese would have been seen flying in the right path of the fork. yet one thing i know about hawk is they look for the injured, and people are similar in their ways.

I don't know, but I do know that if you watch the movie The Labrynth there is a similar scenario that will help you figure it out - it's a weird 80's movie with muppet type creatures and David Bowie.

"Which is the way to happiness?"

The liar will make up some fantastic story so you will know it's impossible. The truthful one will say he doesn't know. That is the way to go.

ask the guy who tells the truth which way to go, and ask the guy who lies which way to not go.

Ask what will the other guy say if I ask him which way to go, then go the opposite way.

With that question, one lie is always incorporated, so you go opposite.
