What is Ebay Express?

Are all items really new? Do you get what is displayed?
I've used Buy It Now but not sure of Express.

Express is for shops and businesses. E.G Apple , sony , dell

would be the sort of company to use this. The actual official

company, not someone thats buys it then sells it.

Just stick to normal ebay its much better and cheaper

Ebay express is a scam....please dont join it
