In indesputeable truth of our American faith and devotion to God is a full frontal statue of Moses holding---what?--The Ten Commandments! Same ones so many interlopers on the American scene; who without alligence to our precepts, wish to attain success through the ethics that have brought our independence and established us as the greatest world power, yet--they wish to remove and have succeeded in many Court Houses across our nation to tear down reference to the commandments of God! Everything in Americas History is God, Christian, based in belief! All oathes are sworn on The Holy Bible.
James Madison, the fourth president of America, known as "The Father of Our Constitution" made the following statement:

"We have staked the whole of all our political institutions upon the capacity of mankind for self-government, upon the capacity of each and all of us to govern ourselves, to control ourselves, to sustain ourselves according to the Ten Commandments of God. What say you?

It's hard to follow the argument you are trying to make, or what your question is. That many of your facts are wrong doesn't help.

As a threshold matter, the Constitution specifically prohibits any religious oath or test. See Article VI. And the Supreme Court, going back most of a century, has repeatedly confirmed that no person can be compelled to swear any type of religious oath in court. A non-religious affirmation to tell the truth, and that you understand the consequences of perjury, is always valid.

As far as the rest of the rant, not everything in the US is based on God, or on Christianity. Anyone who actually studies history understands this. Nor are all oaths sworn on the Holy Bible. And as if having it in the Constitution were not enough, the Supreme Court has been saying it for 130 years,. Over and over and over again.

Madison may have believed that the Ten Commandments were the ultimate source of truth. But the Constitution, which IS the ultimate source of legal truth in this country, explicitly prohibits any one religion -- even a religion that may be practiced by the majority -- from being imposed, enforced or promoted by the government.

It's sad that so many people hate this country so much, or are so afraid of the fact that other people don't believe as they do, that they try to force their religion down everyone elses throat as a matter of law. That's what the British did, and the reason the Founders declared independence.

It's tragic to think that 230 year later we've forgotten all of that.
