You can use one of the commercial cleaning devieces or just use Isopropanol and a clean cloth. wipe from the inside out in straight lines (like spokes on a bike). don't go in circles that will scratch the disk.

get a paper towel and some windex. spray the disc with the windex, wipe from the center OUT toward the outside like the other person said. that is the best way i've found. IF it's scratched you'd have to take it to get it fixed. You can take it to like Blockbuster or some store like that or you can spend more up front (which is what i suggest) and goto a store and get a cd cleaning device.l

they have these special mechines that clean disks. they sell at best buy, circuit city, target, and/or wal-mart. im not sure if they have them or not but u can go to the stores and find out. they machines arent that big. they look a little like cd players.
