dear god, absolutely not.
with a black suit along you have enough room for variation.
if you wear the red shirt, you limit the tie choice slightly.
just remember, you want to coordinate and blend your colors, not match completely or bring in a wacky color out of no where. the colors along remind me of ronald mcdonald with a black suit over his clothes.
lose the tie.
if you want yellow, then get a black tie with yellow and red accents on it. therefore, you have the yellow you want and it coordinates with the rest.

Personally, I don't think it would. I think the tie should somehow have a little bit of the color of the shirt and the suit itself. You should go more with a tie that has designs with a hint of the red color that matches your shirt and a hint of black.

It depends on what color red. If it is more of a burgandy then that would be fine with the yellow tie, but if its like fire engine red, then I would say no.
